Applications must be postmarked by Saturday, June 27, 2009 or delivered to the Fair Office
by 6:00 P.M. SORRY - NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.
Entry fee is $15. Please make check payable to Saratoga County Fair. The entry fee is non-refundable. Cash is accepted only at the fair office.
Only residents of Saratoga County may enter divisions of the pageant.
Contestants must meet age requirements for competition in the selected division.
Application must be complete and signed.
Attach a copy of proof of age (birth certificate, passport or state issued ID). If contestant has competed in previous years, proof of age will be on file with the fair office.
Young Miss, Honor Queen and Fair Queen contestants need to include a photo for the People’s Choice Award competition.
1-age appropriate pass will be given to each contestant at rehearsal on Sunday, July12th. Children age 6 and under are admitted free and will not receive a pass. It is the contestant’s responsibility to make other arrangements with the Pageant Director if unable to attend rehearsal.
